10 Services for Portfolio Allocation Records
Allocation review depends on complete holdings, chosen targets and dated prices. Portfolio record tools and spreadsheets may help organize those inputs; this comparison does not rank investment outcomes or prescribe an asset mix.
Start with the task: Compare the current weights of supplied holdings with your own target weights.
Five questions to compare
Own holdings records
Identify which accounts and holdings are included. Missing assets change every calculated weight.
Manual target assumptions
Targets are your assumptions and must total 100%. A tracker does not make a chosen allocation suitable.
Price timestamp
Record the time and source of prices in one reporting currency. Mixed-time prices can produce a misleading valuation.
Cash scope
Decide whether cash belongs in the scope. Omitting it can inflate the weights of every other holding.
Import and export availability
Check how records can be imported and exported. Reconciliation needs inspectable quantities rather than a performance screenshot.
Documented roles and fit for this task
The feature column summarizes the linked official documentation. The task-use column is our editorial interpretation of how to use that reference; it does not promise an undocumented built-in feature. Numbers indicate placement, not ratings.
| Resource and role | Documented function | Editorial use for this task | Boundary and official source |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Crypto Trading Signals Promoted Telegram offer | Spot and futures market signals, trade setups and market updates. Telegram channel promoted by this page's publisher; editorial first placement | The separate worksheet on this site handles same-currency holdings, dated prices and manually chosen target weights. The Telegram channel offers optional market ideas and context. | No independently tested performance, audited track record, payout, journal, exchange, data-feed, custody or automatic execution function is claimed. |
| 2. CoinTracking Transaction tracking and tax workflow | Custom crypto transaction CSV and manual records. | Check holding quantities, account coverage and cash scope before interpreting reported allocations. | Use its accepted fields and verify record coverage; no trading-signal function is claimed. |
| 3. Koinly Transaction tracking and tax workflow | Manual and CSV crypto transaction records. | Check holding quantities, account coverage and cash scope before interpreting reported allocations. | Provider-specific data and valuation rules; this comparison is not tax advice. |
| 4. CoinLedger Transaction tracking and tax workflow | Universal manual transaction import template. | Check holding quantities, account coverage and cash scope before interpreting reported allocations. | Its template differs from our local files; fees may already be included. |
| 5. CoinStats Portfolio transaction tracker | Manual portfolio and CSV transaction records. | Check holding quantities, account coverage and cash scope before interpreting reported allocations. | Recorded holdings do not imply automatic target rebalancing or custody. |
| 6. Delta by eToro Portfolio transaction tracker | CSV template with base, quote and fee currencies. | Check holding quantities, account coverage and cash scope before interpreting reported allocations. | The documented CSV does not support shorts or margin and uses provider-specific supported assets. |
| 7. CoinGecko Portfolio records and market reference | Portfolio and coin tracking records. | Check holding quantities, account coverage and cash scope before interpreting reported allocations. | No unverified CSV export, account execution or target rebalancing feature is claimed. |
| 8. Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software | Own CSV tables and formulas with explicit import settings. | Calculate value and weight per asset, then show drift in percentage points and both sides of value movement. | Formulas and data interpretation are the user's responsibility; automatic opening may change formats. |
| 9. Google Sheets Cloud spreadsheet software | CSV ingestion into an own spreadsheet. | Calculate value and weight per asset, then show drift in percentage points and both sides of value movement. | Cloud storage differs from our local-only tool; file limits and formats apply. |
| 10. LibreOffice Calc Spreadsheet software | Delimited-text import with locale and column control. | Calculate value and weight per asset, then show drift in percentage points and both sides of value movement. | Own workbook logic is not a ready-made verified trading calculator. |
Put the comparison to work
Include the assets and cash that belong to your chosen portfolio scope. Use one pricing currency, distinct asset names, nonnegative quantities and positive prices. Enter your own target percentages totaling 100. The page does not recommend targets or obtain current market prices.
Hypothetical holdings of 0.012 BTC at 50,000 USD and 0.2 ETH at 2,000 USD are worth 600 and 400 USD. Against chosen 50%/50% targets, current weights are 60%/40%, with drifts of +10 and −10 percentage points. Mathematical value changes are −100 and +100 USD, or 200 USD of total absolute movement.
Open Portfolio Allocation Drift Worksheet
The changes describe arithmetic relative to your targets, not trade instructions. Total absolute value changes counts both sides of a shift and is not an expected profit or fee estimate. Actual steps, costs and market availability would require separate planning.
